Parta os ovos e mexa, junte a farinha, o leite, o óleo, o sal e a pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;2. Mexa muito bem e verifique o preparado se encontra com a textura certa. Pique a cebola, junte a manteiga e leve ao lume, junte os camarões em pedaços e mexa, de seguida junte o molho bechamel e parte da salsa picada e envolva. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4-  Distribua uma folha de crepe por cada prato, coloque ao centro o recheio, apanhe todas as pontas da folha do crepe e segure com um camarão. Polvilhe com queijo ralado e leve ao forno a gratinar. Coloque a sapateira e os ovos numa panela com água fria e sal. Leve ao lume e, assim que ferver, deixe cozinhar por cerca de 20 a 30 minutos. Findo o tempo, retire do calor e arrefeça em água com cubos de gelo e sal grosso. Retire as pernas e as pinças e reserve-as.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Com a cauda virada para cima, segure na casca com firmeza e puxe, até a cauda se soltar. Elimine a parte cinzenta (guelras) e, com uma colher de chá retire o interior da casca para uma taça.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Com a ajuda de uma pinça, remova a parte branca do corpo que soltou juntamente com a cauda. Misture tudo e adicione sumo de limão, maionese, ketchup, ovo triturado e pickles em pedacinhos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Tempere com sal e pimenta e volte a rechear a casca da sapateira. Decore com rodelas de ovo cozido e salsa. Coloque a casca da sapateira num prato forrado com folhas de alface e disponha as patas e as pinças que reservou inicialmente. Leve ao lume um tacho com a água e deixe-a ferver. Coloque os saquinhos de chá de menta e deixe-os em infusão durante 3 minutos. Depois retire os saquinhos de chá.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Descasque as peras e regue-as com sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Leve ao lume o chá de menta misturado com açúcar, o mel e 4 de hortelã. Deixe ferver, adicione as peras e coza-as durante 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Deixe arrefecer no chá. Lave as maçãs e corte-lhes uma tampa. Escave cuidadosamente o seu interior, retirando os caroços e fazendo a polpa em bocadinhos. Regue o interior das maçãs e a polpa retirada com o sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;2. Corte as delícias do mar em bocadinhos e misture-as com os bocadinhos de maçã e a cenoura ralada. Tempere com sal e pimenta e junte a maionese e o ketchup, misturando muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;3.
